Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will provide you a tracking number with a link to track your package in real-time.

What if my product arrives damaged or tampered with?

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@gadgetsinhand.com with photos.

Do you offer shipping across India?

Yes, we offer shipping to all major cities and towns across India. Remote area deliveries are subject to courier serviceability.

We accept: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) Debit/Credit Cards Net Banking Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available for select locations and orders. An additional COD fee may apply.

Are online payments secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do?

In case of a failed transaction, the deducted amount is usually refunded within 5–7 business days. If it doesn't reflect, contact your bank or reach out to our support.

How do I place an order?

Browse products, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled before shipping from your account. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

What is your return policy?

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or replacement?

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item passes quality checks, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
